Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys interacting with clients and team members.
 
Key Responsibilities
– Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
– Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department
– Manage front desk activities, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies inventory
– Assist in planning and preparing for conferences, meetings, and other company events Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and documentation management to support administrative functions
– Support minor project management tasks as needed, assisting the operations coordinator with client intake and documentation
– Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests
Skills
– Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, email, scheduling tools) and basic computer skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
– Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and adapt to a dynamic work environment
– Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
– High attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
