JOB PURPOSE (ROLE)
The Sales Associate responsibility is to support the sales team in identifying leads, engaging prospective clients, and executing day-to-day sales activities. The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving pipeline growth, assisting in proposal development, and maintaining strong client relationships under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
FUNCTIONS
– Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and industry networks
– Maintain and update client data and opportunities in the CRM system
-bFollow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings
– Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
– Liaise with internal teams to gather inputs for proposals
– Communicate with clients throughout the sales process
– Support account management and maintain positive client relationships
– Attend client meetings and track follow-up actions
– Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and regulations
– Share insights to support sales strategies and planning
– Prepare weekly sales reports and track key metrics
– Support the planning and execution of sales events and campaigns
